Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, please contact us at support@lifehacksstore.com. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we’ll arrange collection of the item.

We offer free returns within the UAE.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Once the returned item has been received, our team will inspect it. If it meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

If an item is returned used, damaged, incomplete, or not in its original condition, the return may be declined or a partial refund may be issued.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lifehacksstore.com so we can review the issue and make it right.
