- How long does the battery last?
- 3–5 hours of play on a full charge.
- How long does it take to charge?
- About 5 hours with a 2A USB adapter, or 10 hours with a 1A adapter. The USB cable is included; the adapter is not.
- Can it be used while charging?
- No. Charge it fully first, then play.
- What size balls does it use?
- 2-inch mini tennis balls (48–50 mm). Three are included. Full-size tennis balls won’t fit.
- How far does it throw?
- 10, 20 or 30 ft (about 3, 6 or 9 m). It starts at 10 ft. Press the distance button once for 20 ft, or twice for 30 ft.
- Can I use it indoors?
- Use it where there’s open space in front of it. Indoors, keep it on 10 ft. Don’t use it in rain or snow.
- How do I know the battery level?
- The light shows it: red is under 25%, yellow is 25–90%, and green is over 90%. A blinking light means it’s charging.
- Does it switch off by itself?
- Yes. It turns off after 30 minutes of not being used. Press the distance button for 3 seconds to turn it back on.
- Why isn’t it launching the ball?
- Drop in one ball at a time, and wait for the roller to stop before adding the next. Wet, dirty or damaged balls may not launch. If the light is red, charge it.
